Real Madrid Forward Karim Benzema Looking Forward To Lyon Return

Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema insists he is ready to face his former side Lyon in the UEFA Champions League and added that whether he starts or comes off the bench he will have a good game.

Benzema has admitted that there is still lingering pain after recovering from a thigh muscle injury but declared that he is focussed on a good return to France.

"I'm ready to play, I do not know if I'll start because we don't know the eleven the coach will pick. Anyway, I know that if I play either from the beginning or the last 30 minutes, I know I will have a good match. The muscles are better, but there's still some pain due to all the work I've done," he told AS.
