Faria is Jose Mourinho's right-hand man at Real, but is wanted by Sporting Lisbon.

José Braz da Silva, who is line to take the presidency of Sporting, is keen to bring Faria back to Portugal.

Indeed, it's reported he has already been granted permission by Real to speak with Faria, though he still faces a battle as Mourinho is reluctant to lose his close ally.
