Real Madrid expected to confirm Cicinho signing

Real Madrid are expected to confirm the signing of Sao Paulo fullback Cicinho in the coming days.

The Brazil international is to receive his Italian passport today, which is expected to lead to Real finally admitting they have struck a deal with Sao Paulo to sign the defender in December.

Cicinho will stay with Sao Paulo for the Club World Championships in Japan, but is expected to move to Madrid as soon as their campaign is over.
