Real Madrid defender Varane: You always know where you stand with Mourinho

Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane is happy playing for coach Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho has introduced Varane to first team action already this season.

"With Mourinho, you always know where you stand, you're aware of what is expected of you," said the teen.

"Mourinho tells you everything he wants. If you play it is because you're doing well and there is a reason if you do not. You know that if you do what he says, sooner or later you'll get your chance."

"Care has been taken with me because I'm young, but he has gambled. It took a lot for me to line up in three consecutive games. With him there are no low blows, but he is firm."
