Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane isn't panicking over his latest injury setback.

Varane has suffered an injury plagued season so far.

"The injuries are very common in the career of the players, and you have to keep the faith, be confident, and above all, must not throw in the towel or lose hope," declared Varane.
