Real Madrid Defender Raul Albiol: Zaragoza Will Be Tough To Beat

Real Madrid defender Raul Albiol believes that Zaragoza won't be pushovers as they are fighting for their top-flight status in Spain.

Madrid confront the relegation-threatened side on Sunday and although to many this match looks like a straightforward victory for los Blancos, Albiol claims they will have to battle for all three points in Zaragoza.

"The match against Zaragoza will be difficult and dangerous because they are fighting to leave the relegation zone and they will look to do their best before their home crowd," the Spain international centre-back is quoted as saying by Madrid's official website.

"They will concentrate hard and we have to avoid making them feel confident."

The 25-year-old believes that like last season the title race this time around will be between them and current league leaders Barcelona.

"Real Madrid and Barcelona took more points than any other side in the league last year and, if we both keep this up, this season will be very similar to the last campaign," explained Albiol.

"The return match at the Bernabeu will be key, but it is still a long way away and a team can drop points in any game."

"We have to focus on taking three points in each match. We are only two points shy of Barcelona and we want to cut that distance short."
