Chelsea and Tottenham's pursuit of Marcos Llorente has been handed a boost, after it emerged that Real Madrid will look to review the midfielder's situation in January.
The 22-year-old, who enjoyed a fruitful loan spell at Alaves last season, has struggled for game time since returning to the Bernabeu in the summer.
Llorente has featured just once so far – an 18-minute cameo against Deportivo La Coruna – and the midfielder is reportedly desperate to secure another move away.
Aside from Chelsea and Spurs, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Liverpool, Arsenal, Barcelona, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain were all credited with showing interest in the youngster.
Real were in no mood to let the player leave during the summer.
However, according to Marca, the Spanish giants will look to review the Spaniard's situation again in January, fuelling speculation of a potential move to the Premier League.
