Real Madrid contract talks stall for Van Nistelrooy

Ruud van Nistelrooy's new contract talks with Real Madrid have stalled.

Marca says the Dutchman's agent, Roger Linse, left Madrid last week without an agreement struck - indeed it's suggested no financial offer was made during the meeting.

Van Nistelrooy's current deal expires in June, but if he completes 35 games this season it will be automatically renewed.
