Real Madrid contact Zamorano about Udinese's Pizarro

Real Madrid general manager Arrigo Sacchi has held talks with Chilean legend Ivan Zamorano about Udinese midfielder David Pizarro.

Chile international Pizarro was expected to be on his way to AC Milan next season, but club chiefs have gone cold over the midfield schemer as he is too similar to Andrea Pirlo.

Sacchi has registered Real's interest with Zamorano, who represents the midfielder, and informed him that Pizarro will leave Udinese if Champions League football isn't secured for next season.

Along with Real Madrid, Serie A giants Juventus and Inter Milan are also tracking Pizarro.
