Real Madrid consider major Inter Milan offer for Diarra

Inter Milan have launched a £22 million bid for Real Madrid midfielder Mahamadou Diarra.

Real only informed Diarra's representatives last week that he was a required player for next season, but Inter's cash offer is being seriously considered, says Marca.

For his part, Diarra wants to stay at Real, despite his battle with Fernando Gago for a place in Bernd Schuster's midfield.
