Real Madrid confident Xabi injury not serious

Real Madrid are confident Xabi Alonso's ankle injury is not serious.

Xabi suffered an Achilles knock after a challenge in midfield during last night's 5-2 win at FC Zurich.

The former Liverpool midfielder was forced from the field, but Real are confident he will be missing only for 7-10 days.
