Real Madrid confident they will sign Eden Hazard from Chelsea if they include Alvaro Morata in deal

Real Madrid are confident they will land Eden Hazard in the summer if they include Alvaro Morata in a deal worth a combined £120 million, reports say.

Chelsea will resist any move for their talisman, but Real have repeatedly been encouraged to make a bid by Hazard and his team.

Hazard’s team’s confidence has transferred to Real and the La Liga giants believe a summer deal is now a real possibility.

Morata has been linked with Chelsea before with Antonio Conte having seen him thrive at his former club Juventus.

The striker earned a move back to Spain with two impressive years in Serie A and Conte is reportedly a fan.

And Real believe that if they include Morata in a part-swap deal plus a world-record transfer fee, they can lure Hazard away.

The total package may be worth upwards of £120 million which would smash the world-record fee Manchester United paid for Paul Pogba in 2016.

Pogba cost £89 million, but Hazard’s move to Real would easily eclipse that figure, according to the Mirror.

Chelsea are ready to offer Hazard £300,000 a week to convince him to stay, but even his team-mates are not sure whether a wage increase would be enough to keep him.
