Real Madrid coach wants Ricardinho added to Robinho deal

Santos midfielder Ricardinho could move to Real Madrid as part of Robinho's protracted transfer.
 
Real Madrid coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo has made a personal request for the ex-Middlesbrough midfielder, who could arrive as a replacement for Inter Milan-bound Santiago Solari.

Luxemburgo has already sounded out Ricardinho about moving to Madrid and made him aware that the he won't be signing as a first-choice player, but rather as squad cover.

The 29 year-old is happy with the arrangement and will wait to see if Real Madrid make their interest concrete. Ricardinho's contract with Santos expires in December, which should allow him to move to Real for a knockdown fee this summer.
