Real Madrid coach Schuster has new dig at negative media

Real Madrid coach Bernd Schuster took another swipe at the local media yesterday ahead of tonight's Champions League showdown with Roma.

Schuster's team must overturn a 2-1 deficit in Madrid and said: "I am surprised that I am the only one in the newsroom who thinks we can win tomorrow. It is a pity. We need optimism, we need everyone around us to be positive."

"We have no reason to be thinking negatively because we're in great form and tomorrow with our audience in our stadium we have everything in our favour."

"We win 1-0 and we go through. I would like everyone to be more optimistic."
