Real Madrid coach Queiroz hints at Man Utd return

Real Madrid coach Carlos Queiroz would not rule out a return to Manchester United.

Queiroz has been linked with Old Trafford to again take up his role as manager Sir Alex Ferguson's assistant in the event he is sacked at the end of the season.

Asked if he would like to return to United, Queiroz told Marca, "Manchester is a great club and has given me great affection. There I have friends."

Asked if he was disappointed to lose Gaby Milito and Claude Makelele before the start of the season, Queiroz would only say: "Now is not the time to be talking on this subject."
