Real Madrid Coach Pellegrini Content With Racing Santander Win

Manuel Pellegrini acknowledged that Real Madrid's performance against Santander was not perfect, but he still felt that they deserved more goals.

Los Merengues won 1-0 thanks to a goal from Gonzalo Higuain, and speaking to Marca after the game, Pellegrini said, "We began well, but then we did not consolidate our lead."

"We have to improve. We have won by bigger margins at the Bernabeu, playing worse than today."
