Real Madrid coach Mourinho blocks exit for Arsenal, Malaga target Granero

Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho is not interested in allowing Esteban Granero to leave in January.

Despite the midfielder so far spending the season in the stands, Mourinho insists the team is above all else and if a player starts the campaign at Real, he must end it also.

Mourinho has no interest in letting Granero leave and being caught short in midfield, even if it means the player not actually seeing action this season.

Malaga, Valencia and Arsenal are all keen to take Granero off Real's hands in January, but are likely to be left frustrated.
