Real Madrid coach Luxemburgo quips: Ronaldo looks thinner

Real Madrid coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo insists his relationship with star striker Ronaldo is as strong as ever.

The Brazilian trainer even afforded Ronaldo a compliment about his weight before last night's clash with Real Betis: "I have spoken with Ronaldo and he is happy and very ambitious."

"I know he is motivated to do well for Real Madrid. In fact, he is now even looking much thinner!"
