Real Madrid coach Luxemburgo: Players didn't rescue game for me

Real Madrid coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo insists he was happy with his team's performance in Sunday's draw at Real Sociedad.
 
Despite the growing pressure on him, Luxemburgo said: "The image that Madrid displayed was very good, mainly in the second half."

"The final six minutes were difficult and we almost won. With this Madrid, we overcame the difficulties we put ourselves through and came out almost on top."

"I don't believe the players have come back from 2-0 down for my sake. We all work for eachother. We want to win and we are all in the same boat. After the game, the players were happy with the result."
