Real Madrid coach fancies Fenerbahce's Alex

Fenerbahce midfield ace Alex is again being linked with Real Madrid.

Real coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo wants to bolster his midfield in the winter market and having made enquiries after Alex over the summer is considering the playmaker for the January transfer window.

It's understood Alex is on a shortlist of transfer targets submitted to Real chiefs by Luxemburgo, which also includes Santos midfielder Ricardinho and Sao Paulo fullback Cicinho.
