Real Madrid coach Ancelotti wants PSG dynamo Verratti

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti retains hope of tempting Marco Verratti away from PSG.

Ancelotti rates Verratti the best young player available to Italy and worked with the midfielder in Paris last season.

TMW says Real have started laying the groundwork to bring Verratti to Madrid in the summer and are encouraged by news that PSG are attempting to upgrade the player's current deal.

Verratti has so far been reluctant to consider negotiations, so opening the door to Real making a counter offer.
