Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti thanked God for victory over Malaga.

Cristiano Ronaldo's first-half goal was the only difference in the 1-0 win.

Asked about his own goal celebration, Ancelotti replied: "It wasn't a gesture to the spectators. It was a happy salute to heaven, not to the stands. Heaven has called me a lot so this was a happy salute to heaven."
