Real Madrid coach Ancelotti blanks Bale talk: I don't want to anger AVB

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has refused to discuss their move for Tottenham star Gareth Bale.

Ancelotti knows Spurs counterpart Andre Villas-Boas is upset with the way Real have pursued the Welshman through the media in recent weeks.

Asked about Bale in LA yesterday, Ancelotti would only state: "I do not intend to talk about Bale because Villas-Boas became angry the last time and I hate that a coach is angry like that."

"I said nothing in particular, but I'd rather not talk about him."
