Real Madrid closer to Everton's Gravesen

Real Madrid are on the verge of landing Everton midfielder Thomas Gravesen.

Its understood Real general manager Arrigo Sacchi has already spoken with Gravesen and convinced the Dane to quit Everton and move to Madrid this month.

Real will offer Everton £2 million for Gravesen, who has also been tabled a bumper three-year contract.
