Real Madrid chiefs want Raul to sort crisis

Real Madrid management have made a direct approach to captain Raul to do all he can to lift the atmosphere amongst the players.

Directors recognise the club are on the verge of a crisis after their Champions League humiliation at Bayer Leverkusen this week.

Raul has been asked to assess the problems the players are experiencing and get back to the management as Real seek to avert a major early season disaster.
