Real Madrid chief Valdano: Leon has learned his lesson

Real Madrid GM Jorge Valdano is confident Pedro Leon has learned his lesson.

Leon was back in action for Real for the defeat of Malaga after being frozen out for several weeks after ignoring Jose Mourinho's team instructions.

Valdano said: "Mou has never made an outburst against him, only one level of demand that the media reported. He's very young, just landed here."

"What Mourinho has done is to apply a very severe treatment so he immediately understood where he stands. Yesterday he showed that he understood."
