Real Madrid chief Pedja: Don't blame Calderon for Sevilla defeat

Real Madrid sports chief Predrag Mijatovic jumped to the defence of president Ramon Calderon after last night's shock 4-3 defeat to Sevilla.

The result leaves Real NINE POINTS behind Liga leaders Barcelona and defeat at the Nou Camp next week could spell the end of their title hopes for this season.

"We do not have look for culprits," said Mijatovic at the final whistle as fans called for Calderon to go. "The president is strong, he has shown more than once that he is very strong."

"It's a tough moment, but it is in these moments where you see our strength and that of a big club like Real Madrid."
