Real Madrid chief Pedja caught out over Capello future

Real Madrid sports chief Pedja Mijatovic was caught out by questions over Fabio Capello's future at the final whistle of last night's defeat at Bayern Munich.

Asked if Capello would still be in charge for Sunday's clash with Barcelona, Mijatovic said: "Right now, I cannot respond to that question."

Pressed on whether Capello was facing the sack, Mijatovic added: "For now, he continues being on the bench ..."

"Tonight was quite a hard blow, because we did not expect this result."
