Real Madrid chief Mijatovic: Liga is wide open

Real Madrid sports director Pedja Mijatovic insists the title battle is still wide open.

Both Real and Barcelona won yesterday, maintaining the six-point gap between the two teams.

Mijatovic said after victory at Recreativo: "It was a complicated game, but I think we could have scored more goals. It is a week less and we must focus on our work because they may lose some points before they come to the Bernabeu."

"I see the league wide open and I think that it will come down to the last day."
