Real Madrid chief confirms transfer plans for season 2005/06

Real Madrid sports director Emilio Butragueno has confirmed he is already working on transfer plans for next season.

Marca says Butragueno is working closely with president Florentino Perez to identify and sign two wing-backs, a goalkeeper and two central midfielders.

Butragueno revealed: "It is logical that we work on the planning for next season. Madrid, like all the clubs in the world, watches and follows players who may interest us."

"It will be necessary to see how the squad plays this season and then make decisions with respect to the planning of the season that comes. We watch players of all the clubs of the world."
