Real Madrid chief Butragueno: Mourinho personality overwhelming

Real Madrid chief Emilio Butragueno admits coach Jose Mourinho's personality can be overwhelming.

Butragueno insists Real management are happy with Mourinho and want him to continue.

But he also stressed: "He has an overwhelming personality, a very strong character. When he sees something he doesn't like he points it out openly."

"The whole club works very hard to make sure the first team has the best players possible. The key figure of the coach is next to that of the President. The coach has in his hands all the talent that the club has been able to build or buy."
