Real Madrid, Chelsea alerted as Gerrard ponders Liverpool future

Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard has put Chelsea and Real Madrid on red alert.

The England ace has admitted to the Sunday Mirror that he will quit Liverpool if they fail to qualify for the Champions League in the near future.

Gerrard accepts this season will be difficult, but if Liverpool continue to underachieve the powerful midfielder is prepared to leave Anfield to fulfill his ambitions.
