Real Madrid Chasing Dentinho

The Spanish giants are apparently one of a few top clubs chasing the Brazilian youngster.

The transfer window might have passed, but Real Madrid are looking to the future already, according to AS.

The Spanish newspaper reports that the defending La Liga champions are interested in signing Brazilian youngster Dentinho from Corinthians.

At present the 20-year-old is impressing with the national side at the South American Under-20 Championships, and it is no secret that plenty of clubs are interested in him.

His 24 goals for Corinthians last season were a major factor in helping them win their division, and he has attracted the like of Real Madrid, Juventus, Arsenal and Inter.

It is thought that if any of the above clubs are to sign him then it will be for a price of around €10 million, and there could be plenty of competition this summer.

It is thought that Juventus are currently in the driving seat for the player, with reports from Italy today stating that they have been in touch with him.

However, it is not clear where his future lies, and it would be no surprise to see him move to Spain, as plenty of other young South-American players have done lately.

Born in Sao Paulo, he has made over 70 appearances for Corinthians and has plenty of experience despite his young age.
