Real Madrid captain Casillas: I hold no grudge against Mourinho

Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas denies holding any grudge against Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho axed Casillas in the New Year and their relationship was a big reason for the coach's demise.

But Casillas says: "Mourinho has embarked on a new journey and I wish him all the best. When he was at Real Madrid, he made his decisions and should be respected."

"Unfortunately we have not achieved the goals we had in mind, it was the Champions League and the Copa del Rey, and there is no getting around it."

"I wish him luck and hopefully everything will go well. He stood up for Real Madrid and I personally do not hold any grudges."
