Real Madrid can sign Man City striker Adebayor outright for €15M

Real Madrid have had to cough up big to deliver Emmanuel Adebayor to coach Jose Mourinho.

The Manchester City striker is joining Real on a six-month loan with the option to sign permanently for €15 million.

Adebayor will also see Real cover half his wages - around €4 million.

Real moved quickly for the striker after failing to persuade Hamburg to part with Ruud van Nistelrooy in the afternoon.
