Real Madrid boss Ramos dismisses Van der Vaart complaints

Real Madrid coach Juande Ramos has dismissed complaints from Rafael van der Vaart that he is being frozen out.

"I do not know if it is true what he's said, I think that those who play are the best available and he has had opportunities like everyone else," said Ramos.
