Real Madrid boss Pellegrini: I'm not stupid rotating stars

Real Madrid coach Manuel Pellegrini knows he risks upsetting his stars with his rotations.

"When you have to leave on the bench a Kaka or Cristiano Ronaldo, I know what I'm is risking, I'm not stupid," said Pellegrini. "If I leave them out it is for something important, not trivial."

"I do not pretend that everyone shares my ideas. My players know what they have to do well and respond correctly when asked about what they are doing. The risks are assumable to win the game."

"The rotations are not an issue of justice or injustice, but performance and especially opponents."
