Real Madrid boss Mourinho: I would love 2-goal Adebayor to sign permanently

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho says he'd "love" to sign permanently Emmanuel Adebayor.

On-loan from Manchester City, Adebayor struck twice in Real's 4-0 Champions League win over Tottenham.

"The important thing is that we have three strikers. So we are more protected. If the club decides to sign him, I'd loved it," said Mourinho.

On Kaka's cameo, he added: "It is important to have alternatives and a deep bench. Kaka's return is good, he is a classy player."
