Real Madrid boss Mourinho: I never insulted Malaga

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho insists he wasn't insulting Malaga leading up to their victory last night.

In the lead-up, Mourinho said he could never coach Malaga.

He explained after the 4-0 win: "I've always had respect for Malaga and my opinion hasn't changed. I said it would be difficult for me to coach in Malaga and, furthermore, added that it would be very difficult for me to coach any other Spanish team. That's not disrespectful, it's just a philosophy on life one has. I have such devotion and empathy for the club I'm at that it wouldn't be easy for me to coach any other Spanish team."
