Real Madrid boss Mourinho: Benzema potential just awesome

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho says Karim Benzema is now making the right progress.

Benzema struck Real's goal in their 1-1 draw at Lyon this week.

"Everyone knows his potential, which is awesome," said Mourinho. "But we all know this, and he knows because he's a smart kid, he needs to improve in certain aspects of his play."

"He is working to improve himself. He's going in the right direction."
