Real Madrid boss Capello: I'd axe all 14 of 'em!

Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello offered no excuses after last night's 3-0 humiliation at home to Recreativo.

"The game we played is inexplicable. No player has played as we know them. I already knew that the games before the vacation are very dangerous and this has happened. We did not seem to be the same team that played against Espanyol," snapped Capello.

"We just didn't perform as a team. We must forget about this defeat and try to focus on the next game. I really do not know what has happened."

Capello admitted he was furious with his players: "If I could, I would change all of them, all fourteen! It wouldn't be possible to make just the one change."
