Real Madrid boss Ancelotti: Ronaldo is improving

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has no concerns over Cristiano Ronaldo's form.

Ronaldo will start for Real tonight against Champions League opponents Schalke.

"His match against Deportivo was very good. He had a good intensity in the clash," said Ancelotti.

"I think he is improving. He lacks a goal, but tomorrow is a good opportunity to score again."

Ancelotti added: "Last season we fulfiled our ambition by winning the Champions League. The story says that it is very difficult to repeat this, but not impossible. We have to try."
