Real Madrid boss Ancelotti admits Varane injury setback

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti insists there's no serious injury concerns for Raphael Varane.

Varane has been struggling with his knee problem.

"We had a meeting with the doctors and the player yesterday and we decided that he needed a period of recovery and rest for his knee. He can’t play for 10 to 12 days and we hope his knee doesn’t swell up during this period. He won’t have to undergo surgery, he just needs to rest and that’s it," said Ancelotti.
