Real Madrid agree terms with Casillas over deal to 2011

Real Madrid have agreed terms with goalkeeper Iker Casillas over a new, improved contract.
 
The Spanish international's new deal will run to 2011 and be worth £2.4 million-a-year. Casillas is expected to sign the new forms before the end of the week.

Real president Florentino Perez and Casillas' agent, Ginés Carvajal, have been locked in talks for several days. Neither party will confirm the agreement as Perez wants to make an official announcement at the end of the season to give Casillas' resigning a presentation in keeping with his best players.
