Despite some minor injury problems, European champions Real Madrid should be at full strength for Wednesday's Champions League semifinal, second leg against Bayern Munich.
Spanish international striker Raul, the top scorer in this season's Champions League with seven goals, did not train on Monday after picking up a minor thigh strain in Saturday's 3-0 defeat at Celta Vigo.
Raul, however, said he was optimistic about playing in the crucial game in Munich. "Normally I don't think I will have a problem playing on Wednesday and even more so given the importance of the game," Raul told reporters on Monday.
Fellow forward Fernando Morientes trained normally and looks to have shaken off the persistent groin injury that has plagued him for most of the season.
Midfielder Ivan Helguera, who has notched six goals in this season's Champions League, came through the Celta match without any problem after damaging a shoulder in the first game against Bayern.
Real, who lost 1-0 at the Bernabeu last week, need to win the second leg in Bayern's Olympic stadium to have a chance of retaining their European crown.
