Real eye Coloccini

Real have approached the agent of AC Milan's Fabrizio Coloccini, currently on loan with Alavés, to enquire about the possibility of signing him.

The 19-year-old Argentinian, officially on the books at Milan, was outstanding during The Vitorians' recent encounter with Real and left a good impression on the Madrileño technical staff.

Real have already been in touch with the player's agent, Gaetano Paolillo but the deal could be complicated.

Coloccini joined Alavés on loan at the start of the season and The Basques will retain the right to hold on to the player should they hand over 15 M Euros to Milan at the end of the loan spell on June 30. Real could offer to pay Milan the sum plus an additional commission to Alavés for acting as middlemen in the operation.

Milan however could recover Coloccini after Christmas, despite reports that the defender is less than pleased with the way he has been treated by The Rossineri.

Coloccini hit two goals last weekend at Valladolid, bringing his league total to three.
