Rayo Want Elvir Baljic On Loan From Real

Rayo Vallecano coach Gregorio Manzano confirmed on Wednesday that his club was interested in acquiring Bosnian midfielder Elvir Baljic on loan from Real Madrid and revealed that negotiations had begun.

"Baljic is a great player," said Manzano. "I don’t know how the negotiations are going but it would be great if things worked out, as he would provide important cover for the absence of Luis Cembranos."

Baljic’s agent Dino Pasaljic will arrive in Madrid on Thursday in order to meet separately with both clubs before attempting to put together a deal that is satisfactory to all concerned parties.
