Raul: Recre smashed Real Madrid

Real Madrid want three points - and revenge - against Recreativo Huelva today.

The Liga leaders suffered a humiliating home defeat by Recre earlier this season and want to put that result to bed once and for all today.

"This is an important week for the four top teams because we all have difficult matches and whoever wins will take a huge step forward," said Real captain Raul, who has huge respect for seventh-placed Recre.

"This is the most dangerous match we have left in my opinion."

"They smashed us in the first half of the season. There wasn't any moment that we were ready to fight for the victory, and I think this match will be very complicated. They are also in the hunt for a berth in the UEFA Cup."

Madrid welcome back David Beckham following his one-match ban, but his fellow midfielder Emerson has been ruled out through injury.
