Raul: Real Madrid shouldn't have signed Newcastle's Woodgate

Real Madrid defender Raul Bravo says he wouldn't have signed new teammate Jon Woodgate if he had been in charge.

Woodgate's shock move from Newcastle has stunned Madrid and Raul, who was with Leeds last season, remarked: "If it had been down to me I wouldn't have signed another centre-back, but if the that's what the club thought was right then good for them."
