Real Madrid striker Raul made his 100th appearance in the Champions League when he came on as a 63rd minute substitute for Robinho in the first leg of his side's knockout tie against Arsenal at the Bernabeu on Tuesday.
He made his first appearance for Real in the competition against Ajax Amsterdam on September 13 1995.
The 28-year-old Spain international, who is the record scorer in the competition with 51 goals, returned to action last weekend after a three-month injury lay-off because of a serious knee injury.
AC Milan defender Paolo Maldini tops the appearance list ahead of Raul having played 120 Champions League games for the Serie A club.
